From Risk Strategy Group

One System for Your Church Safety Team.

Church Response trains your team, fills your Sunday posts, and keeps the record. It replaces the training site, the scheduling app, and the group text most teams are juggling now.

The problem

It's Saturday Night and Two Posts Are Still Open.

You are working it out in a group text. Nobody remembers when the nursery volunteers last took CPR. The emergency plan is in a binder in the church office, and the office is locked.

Most Sundays that works. Then your insurance carrier asks what training your team has had, or something happens in the lobby at 10:52, and you find out what you really have on paper.

What teams told us

We Asked 25 Church Safety Teams.

In March 2026 we surveyed 25 church safety teams.

64%

said their biggest Sunday struggle is not having enough people in the right places.

60%

did not have a finished emergency plan.

80%

rated silent, instant communication during a service as very valuable or essential.

84%

wanted their training records, documents, and plans in one place.

We built Church Response around those answers.

What it does

Train your team.

Volunteers take video courses on their own time, with a short question at the end of each lesson. You assign a course and a due date. When someone finishes, it goes on their training record. One grid shows who is current, who is due soon, and who has expired, from CPR to firearms qualification. RSG courses are being added through launch.

Fill your Sunday.

Set up your services and posts once. Volunteers answer a shift request from an email or their phone. You see which posts are covered and which still need people before Sunday morning, not during it.

Keep the record.

Write your policies and see who has signed them. Log drills. File incident reports that lock once they are sent. Build your Emergency Response Plan by answering questions about your own church. When your pastor or your board asks what the safety team is doing, you hand them one PDF.

On duty, on the phone.

People on duty check in from their phone and check out a radio. Leads see the team on a live map. Anyone on duty can call for help in two taps. The phone app is in early access. The website is live today.

Insurance

Ready When Your Carrier Asks.

Church Response assists with insurance alignment by keeping the records church insurers commonly ask for (training, background checks, policies, drills, and incident reports) in one place, ready to share as one PDF.

It does not guarantee coverage or compliance with any carrier's requirements. Your carrier decides what it requires, so check your policy.

Who built it

Built by People Who Have Done the Work.

Church Response comes from Risk Strategy Group. We assess churches and train the teams that protect them. Every feature answers a problem we have seen on a real Sunday morning.
