Founder and Principal Consultant
Cody Martin
20+ years in federal law enforcement, physical security, and firearms and tactics instruction. Founded RSG in 2017 after a decade-plus career with a federal law enforcement agency.

Cody brings over 20 years of federal law enforcement, training, and physical security expertise. He has advised and trained more than 20 Fortune 500 firms, along with schools, churches, government agencies, and private individuals across the country.

As a federal agent, Cody served as Threat Management Coordinator for a three-state division, Officer Survival Subject Matter Expert at National Headquarters, and developed the agency's national Improvised Explosive Device Recognition and Response program from the ground up. He led threat management training across four states and served on a presidential protection detail.

Cody holds a BS and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University.

Dace Clifton
17+ years in law enforcement including SWAT sniper, crime prevention supervisor, and team leader. Also served over a decade as Senior Pastor and nonprofit leader with international mission experience.

Dace brings more than 17 years in law enforcement, with experience at a nationally recognized, major metropolitan police department where he served as a SWAT Sniper before being promoted to Sergeant. As a supervisor, he led a crime prevention unit that conducted hundreds of security assessments annually across a wide range of organizations and facilities.

He has worked alongside Homeland Security and federal law enforcement at some of the nation's largest events, including the Super Bowl and World Series. His background extends well beyond law enforcement: Dace served as Senior Pastor for over a decade, led international mission teams across South America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, and taught as an Adjunct Professor.

Dace leads RSG's Schools and Places of Worship practices. He holds a PhD in Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a BS in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University. He was recognized by the Governor of Texas with a Law Enforcement Professional Achievement Award.
