Cody has over 21 years of experience in federal law enforcement, physical security, and training. As a former federal agent, he conducted national-level training on IED recognition and response, managed threat programs across multiple states, and was trained in executive protection by his agency.

He worked alongside a presidential protection detail and worked security operations at major events, including the Super Bowl, NFL games, and the NBA All-Star Game. He has worked with more than 20 Fortune 500 companies, as well as government agencies, schools, and critical infrastructure clients across the country.

Cody holds a BS and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University.

Dace has over 18 years in law enforcement, with experience at a nationally recognized major metropolitan police department where he served as a SWAT Sniper before being promoted to Sergeant. As a supervisor, he led a crime prevention unit that conducted hundreds of physical security assessments annually across government, commercial, and industrial facilities. He maintains active law enforcement credentials and brings extensive background in critical infrastructure protection, Emergency Operations Plan development, and multi-site assessment programs.

He was involved in security and tactical planning for nationally significant events, including the Super Bowl and World Series, alongside Homeland Security and federal law enforcement. His background extends well beyond law enforcement: Dace served as Senior Pastor for over a decade, led international mission teams across South America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, and taught as an Adjunct Professor.

Dace leads RSG's Schools and Places of Worship practices. He holds a PhD in Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a BS in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University. He was recognized by the Governor of Texas with a Law Enforcement Professional Achievement Award.
