About Dace

Dace is the Executive Vice President and co-founder of Risk Strategy Group, based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, centrally located in North Texas.

Drawing upon experience as a law enforcement professional, crime prevention innovator, and nonprofit leader, Dace helps clients embrace the best safety practices. He understands how organizations can focus on their mission and maximize impact while not compromising safety. He has a passion to help local churches, other Houses of Worship, and schools.

Dace’s major work has included:

  • Police Supervisor in Crime Prevention with broad experience leading businesses and nonprofits to improve safety and reduce crime.
  • Extensive training in police tactical response as a SWAT Sniper, Police Supervisor, and Team Leader.
  • Background working with Homeland Security and Federal Law Enforcement at some of our nation’s largest sporting events, including the Super Bowl and World Series.
  • Over a decade of nonprofit leadership experience serving as Senior Pastor of a church, leading international mission teams, and teaching as an Adjunct Professor.

Dace holds a PhD in Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a BS in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University.
