Case Study: County Government

Physical Security Assessment Across 75 Government Sites

A county government agency issued an RFP for a physical security assessment of its IT infrastructure, covering server rooms, data closets, and network equipment spaces spread across approximately 75 facilities.

The county needed a firm with structured methodology, the ability to operate consistently across a large portfolio, and the credibility to work directly with county personnel and leadership throughout the engagement.

RSG structured the engagement across three phases: stakeholder interviews and documentation review, on-site walkthroughs of all designated locations, and a final report with prioritized findings and remediation recommendations aligned with NIST, ASIS, UL, and NFPA standards.
